Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory Services:

The department is headed by Senior Pathology Dr. Nagaraj A.R MBBS, DCP (Clinical Pathology) and supported by Dr. Prabhu, MBBS, MD (Pathology). The Laboratory services include Clinical Pathology, Haematology, bio-chemistry, Microbiology and Serology Our lab is equipped with fully automated analyzer, blood gas analyzer, Cell Counters, Electrolyte analyzer & Hormonal analyzer.

Our senior pathologist Dr. Nagraj has more than 45 years of experience and has been pioneer in setting up best laboratory. With his experience and guidance our Laboratory Technician are trained to deliver accurate results and follow the protocols for all the diagnostic procedure.

Dr. Prabhu has vast experience in clinical Pathology specialized in Histopathology. His medical background is instrumental in being able to analyze the cases from clinical point of view and ably support our clinicians in making therapeutic decisions.

A fully automated clinical biochemistry laboratory functions 24 hours on all days of the week with the aid of analyzers. Investigations required in critical care like blood-gas analysis, and many other parameters are analyzed routinely for both patients of our hospital and for other hospitals. Hormonal assays like thyroid, FSH, LH, Prolactin FT3, FT4, Testosterone, DHEA, as well as Semen analysis and prostate specific antigen are done by ELISA method.

Apart from routine work, anaerobic cultures, fungal cultures and AFB cultures are also done. ELISA tests are run for detecting a number of infectious diseases.

We have experience staffs to conduct Pulmonary Functional Test, (PFT) and Audiometry Test. Regularly we do Surgeries and we have expert doctors specially for Spine Surgery, Knee Replacement surgery, all types of Uro surgery, gynaecology surgery, ENT and General surgery.
